About Ultra-Wideband Technology: Ultra-wideband is a technology that transmits an extremely low power signal over a wide swath of radio spectrum. Ultra-wideband operates across a wide range of frequency spectrum by transmitting a series of very low power pulses. The combination of broader spectrum and lower power means that Ultra-wideband causes less interference than conventional radio solutions enabling it to deliver wire-like performance in a wireless environment. The robustness of Ultra-wideband technology makes it ideal for multimedia-rich content and advanced applications that are increasingly pervasive in consumer electronics.

About Uraxs: Uraxs Communications, Inc. is an Ultra-wideband (UWB) systems and solutions company. Our products will employ cutting-edge UWB and server technology to deliver low-power, flexible, robust, and low-cost mobile communication applications. Uraxs is breaking new ground in the application of Ultra-wideband technology to enhance communication and personal safety.
