Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) May 26, 2004 -- A Ground Zero documentary that shows no fires – no collapses – no immediate aftermath?

That’s Zero to 16, the story of this nation's most horrific tragedy -- and firefighting's defining moment. A film told through compelling on-scene footage and stories of heroic proportion, as recorded by Amy Steelman and Lou Angeli, filmmakers and former firefighters.

Amy and Lou were the very first to report what was happening on the rescue scene. During those first days, no one at Ground Zero was on the clock. They were all volunteers, Amy reports in the program.

“When everything could have totally fallen apart, these remarkable people pulled together," She adds, “They revealed to the rest of the world the true meaning of the American Spirit."

Late News: In the wake of last week's federal investigation into the actions of FDNY, PAPD and NYPD emergency teams, the documentary Zero to 16 shows just how organized the response really was.

Zero to 16, the original cut, is available at no charge to fire and rescue departments, law enforcement agencies, EMS teams, building trades and volunteers who responded to NYC's call for help 3 years ago. This program is offered in commemoration of the 3rd anniversary of the greatest rescue mission ever.
