GREENSBORO (PRWEB) May 21, 2004 -- Hip hop artists from around North Carolina are uniting in order to breathe a much-needed breath of fresh air into the states musical landscape. Independent artists often struggle for years to gain a fan base and consistently book live performances.

This summer all that is changing. The Studio To The Stage Tour features five of North Carolina’s hottest acts and is making its way to a city near you June 14th – 20th. The Tour kicks off on Monday June 14th at Greensboro hot spot Montego Bay with an extensive lineup headlined by Greensboro’s own Othaz Records. The whole Othaz Records roster will be performing including P-Wonda, O Shabazz, and Cranston Juliani. Greensboro legend Celinski will perform as well. His energetic stage performances and visibility in the community have made him a favorite of Greensboro hip-hop heads for years. Thanks to The Studio To The Stage Tour fans in Wilmington and Asheville will have a chance to meet Celinski and the entire tour roster at Asheville’s 26 Records and Clothing on Tuesday June 15th and at Heavy Rotation in Wilmington on Wednesday June 16th.

The tour comes back to Asheville on Thursday night at The Emerald Lounge and finishes up on Friday night at Charlie Brownz in downtown Wilmington. Boston based RADIx, consisting of the duo Quite Nyce and Seek will be featured on all five days and hope to capture the imaginations of North Carolinians with the same unmatched flows that have made them one of the hottest tickets in New England.
