Solutrea is buying Hometown Wireless - an MD wireless internet provider. This will allow company expand it's network and sell interactive training, entertainment and infotainment to the retail, corporate and government markets.
Frederick, MD, USA, August 18, 2006 -- Solutrea, the Digital Communications Networks provider, has agreed in principal to purchase the assets of Hometown Wireless to continue its expansion of wireless services for the corporate market.
Hometown Wireless has provided wireless network connectivity and internet to business and residential customers in Maryland for several years by integrating wired and wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, ADSL and WiMax. The acquisition by
Solutrea adds the knowledge and client base of Hometown Wireless to Solutrea’s rapidly growing portfolio of network services.
