UK based SpeechStudio and Monaco based MAP Telecom have signed a partnership agreement which will see the two offering comprehensive IVR solutions for the developing UK market.
August 9, 2006 -- Technology specialists SpeechStudio will embed all of their Advanced IVR products into the Monaco platform and further act as sole agents for MAP in the UK.
Wesley Cornell, MD of SpeechStudio said that the deal would "significantly strengthen our already dominant position within this emerging market and help us to bring a stability and reliability to Advanced IVR".
