Dilithium Networks, the leading supplier of 3G multimedia solutions, announced today that Qualcomm has licensed Dilithium's AnswerFast(tm) Plus technology. AnswerFast(tm) Plus technology reduces video call session set-up time to less than one second, which is comparable to voice calls.
