(PRWEB) May 14, 2004 -- X-Treme Kids, which is being produced for cable TV, will highlight the accomplishments of children throughout Pennsylvania. The show will be hosted by Linda Womer of Saylorsburg. Womer, most recently known for supporting candidates to become elected officials is now focusing on highlighting children for their accomplishments, "Now is the time to move away from politics and focus on the future of Pennsylvania in another way; promoting our children by highlighting their accomplishments and/or talents."
The major focus of the show is to draw attention to the successes of children. “Those of us involved in X-Treme Kids want to make sure children are recognized for their positive attitudes and enthusiasm, whether it is academic, through a hobby, talent or as a community volunteer. Many children overcome major issues in their lives making them the perfect role models to talk about problem solving among their peers. Children motivate other children, and by highlighting their successes, Pennsylvania’s future will be brighter,” Womer added.
The show which will be directed by Daniel Gillan and produced by Toni Cusumano will be shot at Reelwinder's Stroudsburg studios. They are accepting submissions from parents and children.
