MyBandsMusic.com recently ran a contest for artists on their site to see who could sign up the most fans to their profiles. The early adopters of the site benefited from this event and the all girl R & B band Bliss turned out to be the winner.

Boston, MA, USA, April 4, 2008 (XTVWorld.Com) -- MyBandsMusic.com recently ran a contest for artists on their site to see who could sign up the most fans to their profiles. The early adopters of the site benefited from this event and the all girl R & B band Bliss turned out to be the winner. As promised, My Bands Music delivered and sent the check off for $1000 to the band when the contest ended on March 31, 2008.

Bliss commented: "Bliss would like to thank My Bands Music for their support! We are very excited about the things we have planned for the future! We are headed to New York to appear on B.E.T, 106th & Park at the end of the month, and the $1,000 prize money from My Bands Music will certainly help cover our expenses! Now our manager won't have us at retail stores with cans, asking for donations", laughs Bliss.

"We consider My Bands Music, our "home away from home" because of their vision and the love they have shown, not only for us, but all of the artists there! It is a place where artists have everything right at their disposal to market and promote themselves, under one roof. We plan to build a strong relationship with them as we move forward."

Bliss is currently increasing their visibility and working their hit single, "Throw It Up" in the streets. Among recording, traveling, rehearsal, and making public appearances, Bliss is working with some of the most influential Marketing/Public Relations people in Atlanta. The group is currently in talks with several labels, trying to secure the best possible situation for their success.
